Simple Life-Events Ontology in SU(M)O-KIF

This paper presents a proof-of-concept research into building an ontology of life-events in public administration and integration of this domain ontology with standard upper ontology. SUMO was chosen to be the upper ontology and SUO-KIF the language of both upper and domain ontology.
